The challenge
Running a condominium means juggling spreadsheets, email and paper: dues, expenses, minutes, maintenance requests, notices. Without a central place, you lose time and transparency.
Approach
We built a web app with two roles — manager and resident — where each module answers a real need of the building, and works equally well on desktop and phone.
The solution
13 integrated modules, including:
- Finances — dues, expenses, payments and PDF notices emailed automatically.
- Assemblies — convocations, minutes and voting, with generated PDFs.
- Maintenance — requests, suppliers and works; issue reports with attachments and replies.
- Wallbox — splitting EV-charging costs via the myWallbox API, with per-resident history.
- Documents, insurance, common-space bookings, and user management (email invites).
Stack: FastAPI + Jinja2 + HTMX + Alpine, SQLite (WAL), ReportLab for PDFs, bcrypt auth + rate-limiting. Installable as a PWA (iOS/Android) with a dedicated mobile nav.
